报告摘要：

First, I will review the main previous results for the mathematical theory of low Mach number flows.Then, I shall introduce our recent progress on the low Mach number limit of full compressible Navier-Stokes equations with large temperature variations in a three-dimensional bounded domain.

主讲人简介

琚强昌，北京应用物理与计算数学研究所研究员，博士生导师。在河南师范大学获得学士和硕士学位后，于2003年在中科院数学所获博士学位，师从肖玲研究员。2003年至2005年在德国和意大利从事博士后研究。研究领域为：可压缩流体力学方程的数学理论,部分研究成果发表在包括Adv. Math., ARMA，Comm. Math. Phy.和SIAM JMA等在内的国际重要学术期刊，主持多项国家自然科学基金。
