报告题目：Collective Behavior in Complex Networked Systems under Imperfect Communication

报告摘要：In this talk, we discuss the effect of limited information on the consensus of networks. The factors of limited information include communication delay, signal quantization, event-based sampling, and so on. An explicit relationship among time delay, quantization parameter and the practical consensus set are theoretically presented. Some interesting results are also discussed for signed networks, fractional-order networks and amplitude death of coupled oscillators.

报告人简介：东南大学教授，应用数学、网络空间安全两个专业的博士生导师，德国洪堡学者，IEEE高级会员，TCCT逻辑系统控制学组秘书长。主要研究方向为网络群体智能、布尔控制网络等，在SIAM J.、Automatica、IEEE汇刊和中国科学发表论文100多篇，30余篇入选ESI高被引论文。多次入选科睿唯安“全球高被引科学家”和Elsevier中国高被引学者榜单；获江苏省科学技术二等奖(排一)、江苏省科学技术一等奖(排二)、江苏省数学成就奖、中国科学热点论文奖等。入选教育部新世纪优秀人才，江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”领军人才。指导员工获2022年世界华人数学家大会最佳论文奖。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项，江苏省杰青、霍英东基金等省部级项目6项。担任3个SCI刊物Journal of the Franklin Institute、Neural Processing Letters和Neural Computing and Applications的编委，担任《系统科学与数学》、《控制与决策》的编委会委员，SCIENCE CHINA: Information Sciences等3个SCI期刊的客座编委。
